Passenger information

OnAir is committed to bringing passengers a fully connected inflight experience, whether travelling long or short-haul.

This means that OnAir lets you offer simple-to-use inflight mobile phone and/or Internet services so you can use mobile phone as you would in your home, workplace or on the move; making and receiving voice calls; sending and receiving text or multimedia messages; exchanging emails; and accessing the Internet using laptops, tablets or any Wi-Fi enabled device.

Additional travel and leisure services

But the benefits of OnAir connectivity do not stop at keeping in touch with the world below. Imagine if you could get real-time information on your travel schedule via your mobile phone, with updates on gate changes, connecting flights and luggage information. This is now possible with OnAir.

What if you wanted to book tickets for a show or sports event in the city of your destination, while onboard? You simply send a text message to order these services, receive a voucher to be printed off onboard, which is then redeemed at the event venue. With OnAir, airlines will be able to offer you services like these, and much more, extending your reach from the airplane into the real world.

Mobile OnAir call charges set by network operators

Paying for calls via Mobile OnAir is exactly the same as paying for a call on international roaming. OnAir does not set the price for calls: charges are set by each mobile operator and are generally in line with overseas international roaming rates. For rate information, you should refer to your mobile phone service provider.

Fees for Internet OnAir are set by the airline

You can pay for the service with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, JCB or American Express) as you do when accessing the Internet from a hotel, airport lounge or other WiFi hotspot on the ground.
