Programme management

A programme manager is appointed for each OnAir customer and acts as the main point of contact between the airline customer and OnAir.

Prior to service launch, the programme manager is the overall project manager and guides the airline and partners to prepare for a successful start of service.

The overall implementation programme includes the coordination of a wide range of activities, from the system installation, the regulatory approvals, the training, network preparation and marketing and service launch activities.

Monthly usage and performance reports

Once the service is launched the programme manager acts as the account manager, providing an airline with monthly usage and performance reports, which detail all onboard activity relating to the service. These reports enable airlines to utilise data for a wide range of applications, including financial reporting, and to support the development of ancillary revenue generating programmes.
