Training

Training for engineers and maintenance crews, as well as for cabin crew, is required with OnAir systems. We offer full provision for training via our partners, such as AirBusiness Academy and technology suppliers.

Engineering and maintenance crew training

The manufacturers of the OnAir systems, such as Airbus KID-Systeme and Thales Avionics, provide engineering and maintenance training. OnAir works with airlines to ensure that this training is delivered within the timeline of installation, prior to launch of the OnAir service. 

Cabin crew training   

The operation of OnAir services impacts the cabin crew's inflight operational procedures. OnAir provides airlines with service training content, which the airline can readily integrate into its standard cabin crew training. OnAir can provide further support and advice as necessary. Alternatively, training can be carried out by AirBusiness Academy, Airbus's dedicated training programmes centre.

E-learning materials

OnAir has put together an e-learning programme which covers all aspects of service operation. This interactive programme enables airlines to cost-effectively train their staff. The training is delivered online and comprises a range of learning modules professionally narrated to maximise participants' engagement and attention.
